Flakers' Policy:
A member who signs up to participate at a service or fundraising activity (non-social) is required to do so. If it is necessary to cancel attendance at an event, a member must give 24-hours' notice by email to the AGS board at agspcc@gmail.com. (Refer to the Contact Us link.)
If the absence of the member results in the loss of funds, the member will be responsible for the amount lost. In addition, a member may be docked hours because of the absence.
For example, a student who signs up to go to a TV show taping and does not show up will be asked to pay $16 (the amount AGS would have received for their attendance), plus lose time off their service record.
