myAGS version 1.01, Perm Apps, Paid/Applied List

Posted by Harman • Technology Coordinator • Wed Mar 03, 2010 5:53 pm

In this version, I require all members with their myAGS to update their profiles with your PCCID. This will help us record data much more efficiently. So if you haven't updated your profile with your PCCID, please follow this link: http://agspcc.org/forums/ucp.php?i=164

Anyways, if you have already paid, in your myAGS, it should indicate that you have already paid, with your status that you are applying for. Permanent Apps are now due May 1st because all PERMANENT apps now require WIP (Work In Progress)

- New Shirts and a New Hoodie.

External Vice President and Corresponding Secretary Application is now Up. If you're interested in being the next External VP, or the next Corresponding Secretary - apply now! Applications are due March 18th - better act quick or else!

Click here for the Info packet.

AGS in Club Week Are you a dedicated member? Would you love to advertise AGS to your heart's content? Then come by the booth during this week~ and help us advertise by either staying at the booth or passing out flyers and business cards~!

***We will be collecting Membership dues from 11am-1pm, so don't forget to bring a copy of your spring 2010 class schedule, unofficial transcript, and membership fee!!!

New Shirts and a New Hoodie. During this week, some of our AGS members will be wearing brand-spanking new AGS merchandise! If you're interested in buying them, it's $15 for a shirt, and $25 for the hoodie. All proceeds should go to AGS scholarships, I believe.

AGS in Club Week, part II

Posted by Harman • Technology Coordinator • Fri Feb 26, 2010 12:19 pm

AGSPCC is back after a long downtime of approximately one week. Our hosting provider Westhost had some server problems, as somebody had set off the fire alarm which damaged about 7000 computers all together. They have been working day and night during this week as I constantly bugged them, and today they had finally finished. Thanks WestHost for your hard work!

There's been a slight rollback, as I noticed, so please check to see if you have registered or not. (The list will be out shortly).

Sierra Madre Volunteers, again, I would like to thank you for your hard work - and dont be alarmed that the hours are not updated - it's a slight rollback.

Anyways, since Club Week's starting - Internal V.P. Olivia Mekdara is interested in those "Continuing/Permanent" members who would like to participate in advertising AGS. We are looking for those members that know a lot about AGS and currently has a strong passion in the AGS Honor Society. So if you are interested, please signup!

The Return of the Join AGS button! [updated]

Posted by Harman • Technology Coordinator • Wed Feb 10, 2010 12:20 am

03.11.10

update: I have resolved all IE6/IE7 issues with the website. However, please upgrade your browser or use a different browser, because AGS is best viewed in webkit browsers such as Safari and mozilla-based (Gecko) browsers such as Mozilla Firefox. Yet, if you have IE8, that's a different story, as IE8 is pretty good as well.

The forum has finally been updated as well to accommodate the spring 2010 look.

Registration Services: Units Enrolled/Completed

For this section, please be careful:

Units enrolled and completed refers to the SPRING 2010 SEMESTER, not WINTER 2010 INTERSESSION.
